Q + A

Where should we stay?

All events will be held at the Mauna Lani. We have a room block at the Mauna Lani for a discount of over 50% off the standard room rate. The code works for a total of 9 nights (from March 17-24) should you choose to extend you stay in Hawaii. There are limited rooms in the room block, so be sure to book early!

How do I book my room at the Mauna Lani?

We recommend you email or call the hotel directly at 1(855)201-3179 and mnl.groups@aubergeresorts.com. Mention the room block code in your email - STRICKERKURSTIN0325. The standard room choices are either two queen beds or one king. Keep in mind, there is a $100 charge per night to guarantee one of those options. If you have no preference then it will be assigned upon check-in. Additionally, you can upgrade to another room type for an added cost. Check the website for the various other room type options.

How do I get from Kona Airport to the Mauna Lani?

The hotel is a 30 minute drive from the Kona Airport. Uber is simple and easy upon arrival. You can also arrange transportation with the hotel.
