The Mauna Lani is a 30 minute drive from the Kona Airport. It's easy to get an Uber upon arrival that can take you directly to the hotel. There are also several rental car companies right at the airport as well if you prefer to rent a car during your stay. Keep in mind there is a $40 per night hotel fee for parking.

Flights into Kona Airport (KOA) are very limited each day so please book as soon as you can to make sure you get your preferred flight time!
